We can undertake Quantity Surveying services for your project on a stand alone basis or as part of a more comprehensive service covering all aspects of a development.

We can prepare Specifications and Bills of Quantities for tender purposes and advise on the best method of procurement to ensure that you have the right form of contract, price and Contractors for the job.

Once the project is underway we can undertake site visits and inspections to value to the works against the specification items and prepare all of the necessary Valuation Certificates for progress payments, whilst making provision for withholding retention monies as agreed in the contract.

Once the contract is complete and Practical Completion has been issued, we will liaise with the Client and the Contractor in the preparation of the final account and follow the project through to the end of defects liability and release of retention.
