Using our experience and market knowledge we are able to place a valuation on your premises in order to set a suitable rent.
We will visit the premises to measure up and prepare a rental valuation report to assess the likely rental
We will take on the task of researching comparable properties and obtaining rental evidence from other lettings in order to achieve the best possible result.
As your appointed surveyor we will study your lease to familiarise ourselves with the terms and handle all negotiations with the other party with a view to reaching an agreement to set the rent. At each stage of the negotiations we will remain in communication with you and advise on the best way to progress the matter.
In the event that an agreement cannot be reached by the parties, we have extensive experience of handling disputes by third party resolution, mediation, independent expert or arbitration and prepare all of the necessary paperwork including rental evidence pro-formas, reports and general correspondence.
We have a great deal of experience in dealing with rent reviews, landlord and tenant matters and valuation office agency appeals in Maidstone, Kent and in and around London and the South East.
