A residential development with a small car park, basement and communal court yard. After taking on the management of the site in May 2008, we have overseen major works to the roof, surface water drainage and electrical installations.

We have also overcome a long term problem with the lift, dealt with party wall and boundary dispute matters and have been successful in recovering unpaid service charges.
