We took over the management of this large Edwardian house following a recommendation in 2008. The property was converted in to residential flats with communal gardens to front and rear.

Services have included setting up regular maintenance contracts and external repairs to the roof coverings.

Since our appointment we have initiated proper book keeping systems including service charge expenditure budgets, invoices and statements. We have also been successful in recovering outstanding service charges.
