Property Management Contracts

These are sites that we have been appointed as managing agents for by the owners, directors or association of residents. Here we undertake duties such as the administration of maintenance contracts, specification and overseeing one off and larger maintenance jobs, arranging improvements, producing expenditure budgets and administering the service charge accounts as well as invoicing and collection of service charges.
