Undertaken in 2008 this project involved the conversion of lower ground floor storage space in to two self contained residential flats. The construction involved the reduction of floor levels and installation of a tanking system and mecahnical ventilation to the single aspect dwellings.

A further application for an additional three storey backland development is going through the process of a planning appeal to provide four self contained flats with parking below for three vehicles.
