Undertaken in 2005, this project involved the demolition of a three storey mixed use building and erection of a new mixed use development comprising 6 number two Bedroom Flats and with approximately 2000 Sq. Ft. of Commercial space on the Ground floor.
A successful planning appeal for an extension was made to provide an additional flat. The project was a success with all commercial units let and residential flats sold at completion. Works were completed on programme despite being particularly challenging due to its busy location adjacent the Croydon tram link line and being situated on the busy ‘Reeves Corner’.
