Undertaken in 2007 this project involved several planning applications relating to a Grade II Listed building and two smaller independent buildings within the site.

Design work was undertaken and planning applications submitted and successfully granted for internal refurbishment of the listed building, extension and alterations of a detached office building and demolition and rebuilding of a storage unit on the site.
