Completed in early 2009 this project involved the demolition of three rear additions to a parade of six maisonettes with retail space below.

The ground floor retail space has been converted and extended and two new three bedroom maisonettes are being constructed above with a tenant in occupation of the ground floor. The existing six maisonettes are being extended and converted to form twelve two bedroom flats.

The development was required to achieve an excellent rating under Eco-Homes and incorporated features such as twin coil hot water cylinders linked to rooftop solar panels and low energy lighting throughout the building.
