Currently in progress this project involves the partial demolition of a listed building in the form of a public house, "The Crickters Arms". The design had to incorporate retention of the building facade to retain the character within this conservation area.
The planning applciation was initially refused buta taken to appeal and won. The new build development will provide serviced apartments finished to a high specification for business users staying in the area.
The planning conditions required the implementation of a sustainable urban drainage scheme (SuDS) to the car parking area where there will be space for nine vehicles when complete. |
